Token Boards

Token board is a reward system that uses tokens to reward desired behaviors of a child and once all the tokens are received he/she can exchange them for something they value. By using tokens children are able to visually track their progress and see how close they are to earning something they value. With this system children are motivated to learn and can work for longer periods of time.

To further enhance the appeal of the token boards to our children, we can customize them with pictures that attract their attention, like with their favorite cartoon character!
