Kimi’s ABA Training Progress – Day 21 – 25 Managing Behavior Problem
In this video
Behavior problems of children with autistic spectrum disorders are among the most challenging and stressful issues faced by schools and parents in their efforts to provide appropriate educational programs. Problem behaviors such as tantrum, non-compliance, physical aggression and self-injury are major barriers to effective social and educational development.
In the past days, Kimi has also demonstrated behavior problems during lesson times. When it was time to work with his therapists, he would push his chair back, leave his chair and run away, and started tantrum and was not compliant with his teachers. This has affected his learning progress greatly. Thus, we have immediately developed programs to handle the problems.
